The Medaille Trust

Medaille Trust exists to provide refuge and freedom from modern slavery.

What started in 2006 with a house for women trafficked into prostitution quickly grew into a national network supporting all people trapped in modern slavery – women, men and families. We are now the largest provider of supported safe house beds for victims of modern slavery in the UK. Our specialist teams support clients ranging from low-level to high-level needs 24/7 on the road to restoration and independence.

Medaille Trust combats human trafficking and modern slavery by

- offering safe housing

- providing support to victims

- raising awareness in communities, and

- partnering with law enforcement authorities.

We also work in partnership with charities in source countries, such as Albania, to help prevent trafficking and support those who return home, as well as coordinating an annual international conference in Slovenia for European law enforcement agencies.
